Personalized hormone optimization
Feel like yourself again
Start with clarity, not assumptions
This process is designed to slow things down just enough to understand what’s actually going on first, then build a plan based on your symptoms, labs, and clinical insight.
Clear steps to get started now
WHAT TO EXPECT
simple, guided, and clinically structured
-
1
Consultation + bloodwork
Meet with a Client Advocate to review your symptoms, goals, health history, and lifestyle. Bloodwork is completed onsite. -
2
Lab analysis
Your results are processed and reviewed so your plan is based on real clinical data, not assumptions. -
3
Provider evaluation + treatment plan
You’ll return for a full visit with a Nurse Practitioner including medical review, physical evaluation, InBody scan, and detailed hormone analysis. From there, your personalized hormone therapy plan is created. -
4
Follow up and optimization
Follow up labs are typically completed around 6 weeks after starting therapy, with ongoing monitoring to adjust dosing and support results over time.
A structured approach that adapts to you
This process is built around real clinical insight, not assumptions. Every plan is guided by provider oversight, supported by lab data, and shaped by how you actually feel so your care stays clear, personalized, and consistent as it evolves.
Clinically monitored care
Your treatment is guided by provider oversight and ongoing follow-ups—not a one-time
prescription.
Symptom + lab based planning
Your plan is built around how you feel and what
your lab results actually show.
A structured, clear process
From consultation to follow-up, every step
is mapped out so you always know what’s next.
Stronger Value
This kind of structure matters because it gives people more confidence in the decision-making process. Instead of moving straight into treatment without a full picture, the plan is built from what your evaluation and lab findings actually show.
What to Expect
Your first appointment is a complimentary consultation with a Client Advocate. During that visit, symptoms, health history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals are reviewed, education is provided on hormone optimization, and a blood draw is performed onsite. Once lab results are received, you return for an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner that includes medical history review, physical evaluation, InBody scan, detailed hormone analysis, and clinical interpretation of lab results. Based on those findings and your symptoms, a customized hormone therapy protocol is prescribed.
Follow-up lab testing is typically completed about 6 weeks after starting therapy, with continued monitoring thereafter to help support proper dosing and optimal outcomes.
